Clock hands won't move?

Align the hands
Gently bring all three hands together so they point in the same direction. Then view them from the side to confirm they are lying flat and parallel — none should be bent upward or pressing against the clock face.

Reinstall if needed
If the hands are not parallel, touching each other, or feel stuck, they need to be repositioned. Remove them carefully and reattach in the correct order — hour hand first, then minute, then second — pressing each firmly onto the shaft.
