At Twinkling Shop, we take utmost care and do stringent quality checks to ensure we provide you the best quality products. But as these are handmade products, human errors are possible. We therefore have a prompt Return and Exchange policy that safeguards against any manufacturing defect or damage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return or Exchange request of any damaged/defective product must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by mailing to us with your order details and pictures of defect at support@twinklingshop.com.
On acceptance of defect based on the mailed pictures, the courier agent will then pick-up the product from your doorstep. Returned product should be unused and undamaged. Tags, original bill and original packaging of the product should be intact.
Return will not be applicable if a wrong product was ordered by you or on the basis of disliking the received product.
Refund / Exchange process shall be initiated after thorough quality check of the returned product at our end. On satisfactory results, the entire amount can be refunded to the original source of payment within 15 working days or similar product can be sent as Exchange within 5-7 days. If similar product is out of stock, the entire amount will be refunded.
If returned product does not pass our quality check, it will not be accepted and can be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order, by mailing to us with your order details at support@twinklingshop.com or calling us at +91-7044056911. The entire amount shall be refunded to the original source of payment.
No cancellation will be accepted after the above specified time or due to delay in delivery.
