Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in case of dislike or change of mind.

Eligibility for Return
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
You received an incorrect product (does not match your order).
The product is damaged upon delivery. In such cases:

Upon review, if the issue is found genuine, we will initiate a replacement to the original source of payment within 15 working days.
If the product is unavailable, a store credit for the same value will be issued.
If returned product does not pass our quality check, it will not be accepted and can be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Conditions for Exchange
If eligible for exchange, please ensure the following:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/defective/incorrect product.
The product must be unused.
Return the product in its original packaging, including all price tags, barcodes, labels, and the invoice.
Pack the item securely to avoid further damage during transit.
The product will undergo verification and quality checks to confirm the complaint’s legitimacy.
If the complaint is found invalid, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the returned product is received and approved, we will dispatch a replacement within 2–3 business days, subject to availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit / discount coupon will be issued via email or phone.
Store credits / discount coupon are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
